ADN NOIR
BLANC DE NOIRS
ADN Noir reveals the distinctive character of the black grapes from the right bank of the Marne Valley. Made from equal parts Meunier and Pinot Noir, this cuvée comes from a perpetual reserve started in 2015. Like all of the estate’s wines, ADN Noir is vinified and aged in large oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve the purity of the fruit and the natural tension of the wine. After a minimum of six years of bottle aging, it reveals a fleshy and fresh attack, precisely expressing the duality and complementarity of the two Champagne Pinots. Its straightforward and vibrant finish highlights a remarkable freshness.

ADN ROSÉ
BLENDING
This rosé made by blending method stands out for its delicate freshness, inherited from the dominant Chardonnay (92%) from the 2019 harvest that makes up its structure. The subtle addition of red wine made from Pinot Noir and Meunier (8%) from the 2017 harvest gives it a pale pink color and a touch of crisp red berries, without ever weighing down the whole. A perfectly balanced rosé, both indulgent and refreshing, perfect for moments of sharing and simple pleasure.

The Terroir line pays tribute to the family origins of the COLLARD-PICARD estate. Born from the family’s two wine-growing cradles — the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs — these cuvées express the uniqueness of each terroir: the balance of the three grape varieties in the Perpétuelle, the mineral purity of the Dom. Picard Grand Cru 100% Chardonnay, and the fruity depth of Racines, 100% Meunier.
PERPETUELLE
Perpétuelle embodies the living memory of the estate. From a Perpétuelle reserve started in 2008, this signature cuvée is a precise blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Meunier, and 25% Pinot Noir from the finest terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and the Marne Valley. Aged for a long time in oak casks on fine lees, it seduces with its aromatic complexity and depth. Its golden color precedes a pure nose of fresh fruit with pastry accents. On the palate, freshness and structure are balanced with remarkable intensity and persistence.

RACINES
BLANC DE NOIRS – 100% MEUNIER
Racines pays tribute to René COLLARD, Olivier’s grandfather and a true pioneer in the cultivation and vinification of the Meunier grape variety. Made from 100% Meunier grapes, this champagne draws its character from the clay-limestone terroirs of the Collard family’s three historic villages: Villers-sous-Châtillon, Reuil, and Binson-et-Orquigny. It reveals all the nobility and identity of this long-underrated grape variety. Vinified in oak casks on fine lees, this cuvée is aged for a minimum of seven years in the bottle, ensuring complexity and balance. It reveals a deep golden color and an elegant nose of yellow fruits and dried fruits. On the palate, the attack is lively and taut, marked by a tangy freshness and a slightly salty finish, the signature of a wine with a strong personality and great aging potential.

DOM.PICARD GRAND CRU
BLANC DE BLANCS -100 % CHARDONNAY
Dom. Picard is a tribute to Dominique Picard, Caroline’s father. This 2020 vintage Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from the Grands Crus of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, embodies the purity and finesse of the Côte des Blancs. Vinified in large oak barrels and then aged on fine lees, it expresses a perfect balance between aromatic richness and mineral tension. Its light gold color precedes a subtle nose with floral and pastry nuances, while on the palate, the attack is lively and precise, carried by a crystalline freshness that is characteristic of the 2020 vintage. The long and harmonious finish underscores the integrity and brilliance of this great Chardonnay of origin.

MERVEILLES 2017
1ER CRU - ROSÉ DE SAIGNÉE
Merveilles has an appropriate name. This 2017 vintage rosé de saignée comes from a single plot, “Les Terrattes,” located in Vertus, a village classified as a premier cru and planted with both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Produced in limited quantities from a 60-hour co-maceration of Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) skins and aged in large oak barrel, it offers a deep red color and a precise nose of red and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied, mellow, and highly complex. Merveilles is a gastronomic rosé par excellence.

Sourced from the Côte des Blancs (Grand Cru) and the Marne Valley, it benefits from 10 years of bottle aging. This cuvée reveals aromas of candied fruit and pastry that harmonize with a delicate minerality. The finish is carried by perfectly integrated acidity, inviting you to return to the glass. ARCHIVES 2012
Archives 2012 is a cuvée of memory and patience, aged on cork for over 10 years on lees. This rare wine—80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir—comes from the Grand Cru Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and the “Le Village” plot in Reuil. Archives is aged for 30 months in large oak barrels before slowly maturing in the cellar. On tasting, the golden color precedes a delicate nose of almonds, white flowers, and yellow fruits. On the palate, complexity and freshness blend into a lingering pastry-like texture. Presented in individual wooden box made from recycled oak barrels and signed by the Tonnellerie de Champagne.

Synesthesia is a unique work, available in a limited edition of 500 signed boxes. This duo of 2006 (gold bottle) and 2007 (gunmetal bottle) vintages shares the same origin: 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, from the exceptional terroirs of Mesnil-sur-Oger (Grand Cru) and Reuil. Made exclusively from the heart of the cuvée, the wines are aged for nine months in large oak barrel, then rest in the cellar for 17 to 18 years on cork before being revealed. When the box is opened, a personalized film is triggered, prolonging the sensory experience. The bottles light up from within, creating a visual and emotional immersion. Synesthesia is the meeting of Wine and Art.

Binson-et-Orquigny
RED COTEAUX CHAMPENOIS 100 % MEUNIER
Les Louves 2015 is a new tribute to Meunier, the COLLARD family’s signature grape variety. Produced from the eponymous “Les Louves” plot in Binson-et-Orquigny, this red Coteaux Champenois is certified organic (CERTIPAQ) — It embodies the purest expression of this plot on silty clay-sand soil. After 14 days of maceration and 18 months of aging in oak barrels, the unfiltered wine reveals an intense nose of fresh cherry, enriched on opening with spicy and slightly leathery notes. The palate is juicy and elegant, seducing with supple tannins and a long finish. Produced in a limited quantity of only 599 bottles, this exclusive wine is ready to drink now, at room temperature, after decanting.
