Located on the most prestigious avenue in Champagne, Caroline COLLARD and her team welcome you seven days a week, without appointment, in a refined and welcoming space. Taste the family’s iconic cuvées, accompanied by a selection of culinary accompaniments, while discovering the secrets of their production thanks to an immersive film, screened in the boutique, which takes you from the vineyard to the glass.
Here, the experience goes beyond tasting: you can leave with your favorite champagnes, related items, and explore an art gallery in partnership with Richard ORLINSKI. The sunny terrace and private parking complete this sensory experience.

THE CELLAR

For wine lovers seeking total immersion, enjoy an exclusive experience in the heart of the Marne Valley, in Villers-sous-Châtillon, where it all began.
By appointment only, you will be welcomed by Olivier and/or Alexandre COLLARD for a private and intimate tour. The tour begins in the cellar, where you will discover all the specificities of their winemaking process: indigenous yeasts, no malolactic fermentation, large oak barrels and amphorae.
The tour ends with a tasting of the estate’s cuvées, accompanied by petits fours, in a moment of sharing with the winemaker.
